Chair
Jack Liepa (he/him)
Jack has held a range of roles within Sexpression, including National Director and Externals and Press Director on the National Committee, and the Branch Coordinator for Sexpression:Lancaster. Holding a BA in Politics and MA in Law, he is an award-winning and widely-respected voice on youth and LGBTQ+ engagement.

Caroline Lloyd (she/her)
Caroline obtained her doctorate from Trinity College Dublin by research, investigating adolescent sexual health experiences. She is passionate about evidential sex and relationship education and support services and is delighted to be able to contribute to the charity achieving its aims.

Treasurer
Bally Kaur (she/her)
Bally has over 25 years of experience and knowledge in financial management and strategic planning in private, corporate and third sector organisations. Bally has a proven track record of driving profitability, operational efficiency and building high-performing finance teams.
Bally has worked closely with several auditors over the years and has ensured compliance with financial regulations. Bally is passionate about the work Sexpression is doing and will support Sexpression’s growth and achieve its strategic goals.

Molly Houghton (she/her)
Molly (she/her) has recently completed her Msc Sexual Health and currently works doing Press and Communications for an LGBT+ Youth Charity. Her professional background specialises in LGBT+ representation in media, inclusive RSE and in particular the role online spaces can play in Relationships and Sex Education. This passion is why she is so keen to support the work done by Sexpression:UK and can not wait to get stuck in!

Anya Metzer (she/her)
Anya is a Gender Specialist working in global obstetrics and gynaecology. Her Master's research focused on gender, pathology and Victorian social thought, and she is a strong believer in affirming and informative Relationship and Sex Education. Anya is excited to be applying her experience in the international charity sector, especially in fundraising and grant management, to supporting Sexpression:UK.

Ella Watson (she/her)
I have worked at various UK universities and my background is in communications and stakeholder management. I became involved with Sexpression because I am passionate about sex and relationship education, and helping to empower young people to make informed decisions. I am keen to help develop Sexpression’s strategy and support the charity to build on its success.

Amy Malone (she/her)
Amy is a Trainee Solicitor, who specialises in Family and Child law. Amy has held a number of roles within Sexpression:UK including the Child Protection Director. Amy is passionate about inclusive and comprehensive Relationships and Sex Education and Sexpression:UK’s values and aims.

Ellie Archibald (she/her)
Ellie works for a girls' rights NGO called Plan International UK and specialises in high-value fundraising. Starting as the fundraising officer for Sexpression St Andrews at university, Ellie has since pursued a career in philanthropic giving and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Major Donor specialist interest group. Ellie is passionate about the mission and values of Sepxression:UK and looks forward to applying her breadth of experience to empower more young people across the UK through inclusive RSHE. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Melanie Westlake (she/her)
Melanie has 30 years experience as a risk, governance and policy professional, most recently with Public Health Wales and the Welsh Government.
She strongly believes in the importance of ensuring young people have access to high quality, evidence-based learning to help them develop an understanding of healthy relationships and sex, in what may seem a very confusing world.

Eleanor Marsh
Eleanor started her career in education working as a secondary History teacher in schools in Yorkshire and London. She now works in initial teacher training, developing new teachers. Working first-hand with teenagers has made her passionate about all children having access to high-quality RSE and she is excited to use her knowledge of the education system to support Sexpression:UK.

Harun Tulunay (he/him)
Born in Turkey, Harun worked as an events manager for over 10 years. He moved to the UK in 2015 to escape anti-LGBT+ hostility and discrimination.
When Harun was diagnosed with HIV in 2016, he chose to use the experience to become an ambassador for good sexual and mental health, volunteering for several London-based charities. In 2020 he decided to devote himself fully to HIV support work and left events and digital marketing. He joined Positively UK, where he currently works as Training and Volunteer Manager.
He is also a member of the NHS England HIV Clinical Reference Group (CRG) as Patient and Public Voice (PPV) Partner since June 2023 and was elected to the UK-CAB Steering Committee (UK Community Advisory Board) in August 2023. In June 2022 he contracted Mpox and was hospitalised for 10 days, becoming one of the most severe cases in the UK. He shared his experience publicly to raise awareness of the condition and to challenge the stigma around it.
His story has been shared with the world by WHO and UN and included in many campaigns, podcasts and articles worldwide to raise awareness . Harun is committed to speaking publicly and sharing his life experiences to tackle stigma and raise awareness of sex positivity, HIV, Mpox and ADHD/mental health, as well as the stigma he faced as a gay man in Turkey.
He also works as a peer mentor to support others living with HIV and shares up to date information on sexual health both in Turkish and English through his social media.
